Hi I am a FMG. I did my Anesthesiology residency in my country and did 2 years of fellowship ( OB and Peds ) in the USA. Cleared all 3 steps. I am looking for residency programs who look for graduates with prior experience in anesthesiology. I will be applying for 2020 match. Thanks in advance.

One of the things that concerns me about becoming an anesthesiologist is working with certain egomaniacal surgeons and needing to develop "thick skin". How was that struggle for you? Was it hard not taking attacks on your work personally?
