What is your policy for fluid management for total joints? Currently doing locums at two hospitals. One has a policy of 500ml goal and no more than a 1L. The other has a goal of 4L (3 intraop and 1 PACU). I’ve seen similarly varying policies elsewhere, too. What do you do?
