We don't have needle/straw filters in my country for ampules, what are the consequences if you inject tiny glass particles from an ampule in your thigh IM injection

Was at the dentist and was given local anesthesia on the gums, and felt numbness in my throat and I couldn’t swallow or feel my gag reflex for almost 15 min while I waited
